Terms of Service
These terms are a binding agreement between you and tracKeting.com ("tracKeting", "we", "us") governing your use of tracketing.com and its services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. The service
tracKeting is a competitive-intelligence and analytics product. It provides ranked, aggregated views of publicly available social, advertising, and content metrics across three boards: the Founders Board (/founders-board), the AI Board (/ai-board), and YouTube AI Brand Coverage (/coverage). Which boards you can access depends on your plan. We may add, change, or discontinue features over time.
2. Your account
You sign in passwordless with an email one-time code or with Google. You are responsible for keeping access to your email/Google account secure and for activity under your account. You must give accurate information, be at least 16 years old, and not share your account in a way that abuses the service. You may close your account at any time.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to: scrape, bulk-export, resell, or redistribute the data other than through features we provide (including any programmatic/MCP access on your plan); reverse-engineer or disrupt the service; circumvent access controls, plan limits, or usage caps; use the service unlawfully or to infringe others' rights; or misrepresent your identity. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
4. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are shown on our pricing page and billed through Stripe. Plans are offered on a monthly or yearly basis and renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes that may apply. By subscribing you authorise us (via Stripe) to charge your payment method for the recurring fee.
Money-back guarantee & refunds
As stated on the pricing page: "Every standard plan is backed by a 14-day money-back guarantee." If you are on a standard plan and not satisfied, contact support@tracketing.com within 14 days of your initial purchase for a refund of that charge. Founding plans are limited-quantity, billed annually, and priced as locked-for-life offers; they are not covered by the 14-day guarantee. Except where the guarantee applies or the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable, and cancelling stops future renewals rather than refunding the current period.
Managing & cancelling
You can change or cancel your subscription at any time from the Stripe billing portal we link from the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; you keep access until then. Plan changes are handled through the portal (upgrades are prorated; downgrades take effect at period end).
5. Intellectual property
tracKeting, its software, design, and compiled/aggregated outputs are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service under these terms for your own business purposes. Underlying public metrics belong to their respective owners; you are responsible for your own use of any data you access.
6. Disclaimers
The service and its data are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy. Metrics are aggregated from third-party sources and may be incomplete, delayed, or estimated. tracKeting is an analytics tool, not financial, investment, or professional advice — decisions you make based on it are your own.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, tracKeting is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Geneva, Switzerland, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules and subject to any mandatory consumer protections of your place of residence.
9. Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. We will update the effective date and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
